From 5 to 7 November 2025, the delegation from the VNU Center for Education Accreditation (VNU-CEA), led by Assoc. VNU-CEA’s delegation participated in the conference sessions The conference, held under the theme “Fortifying Higher Education: Strategic QA for Resilience and Institutional Immunity in ASEAN”, brought together more than 300 delegates from 11 Southeast Asian countries. Participants engaged in focused discussions exchanging international perspectives on higher education issues in universities across the region and on strategies for quality assurance aimed at enhancing institutional adaptability in accordance with ASEAN regulatory frameworks. .jpg)
Delegates from Vietnamese universities and organizations attending the Conference Throughout the conference, the delegation from the VNU-CEA gained valuable insights into international quality assurance practices, particularly advanced models and methodologies currently implemented across higher education institutions in Southeast Asia. These learnings will inform the Centre’s ongoing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of educational accreditation in Vietnam and to strengthen international cooperation in developing robust and sustainable QA systems. As part of this mission, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tạ Thị Thu Hiền, Director of VNU-CEA also held a working session with Mr. Korn Ratanagosoom, AUN First Officer and Chief Strategy (Head of Strategy Unit), to discuss potential collaboration opportunities between VNU-CEA and AUN-QA in the near future.
